All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of original issue.

If you have not been able to use your gift voucher within this time period, you may extend the expiry for a further 6 months by paying an administration fee of £10.00. Extensions will be applied for a further 6 months from date of paying this fee. You must pay the extension fee prior to the original expiry date of your voucher, we are not able to process extensions if your gift voucher has already expired.

This fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
