All new for Christmas 2026! Witches and Wizards are invited to Merlin's Magic Academy for a very special Christmas ADVENTure!
Merlin has a festive emergency that he needs your help to resolve!
Every Christmas, Merlin has gifted Spudy the Dragon a new snow globe, his collection is now the pride of the magical world!
In recognition of their one thousandth Christmas together, Merlin has procured the very finest snow globe in the land to give to Spudy as the crowning glory of his collection. Truly a golden wonder!
However, calamity has struck. Merlin has stored the snow globe in such a safe place that he cannot recall its location…
Has he already sent it by Wizarding Post?
Has he magically hidden it somewhere in the castle?
Or has he accidentally lost it up a chimney?
Merlin is so busy preparing for the celebrations that he is unable to locate the gift himself, so he turns to you, the most talented of all his students. Can you solve the mystery of the missing present and deliver it in time for Christmas? The happiness of a thousand year old dragon depends on it!
A brand new family Christmas adventure based in the world of Merlin’s Magic Academy!
You may be familiar with Merlin’s Magic Academy but this is a whole new, Christmas-themed quest with an entirely new storyline and puzzles!
You have 1 hour to complete the challenge and restore the magic of Christmas. Solve puzzles, unravel clues and even find some candy along the way in this festive, family-friendly Escape Room experience.
This festive escape room is inspired by the magical worlds of witches and wizards and classic, family-favourite Christmas movies.
Merlin’s Magic Christmas ADVENTure has been designed with families in mind. The game is best suited to groups of 4-6 players with a minimum of 2 adults. While the game is suitable for children as part of a family group, the clues and puzzles are not designed for young children and adult players will need to be fully involved! As with many iconic Christmas movies, the story of this escape room game contains mild/moderate threat.
Some areas of the room are dimly lit and may feature UV lighting, flashing/strobe lighting, smoke and other special effects. Please be aware that this escape room features some narrow doorways and passageways. If any members of your group have mobility issues, use a wheelchair, have sensory issues or any other accessibility requirements, please contact us by email before booking to ensure that the experience will be suitable.
- Groups that include children aged under 12 must include an adult (18 or over) as a participating player.
- Groups of children aged 12+ may go into the escape room on their own but an adult (18 or over) must remain on-site for the full duration of the experience. Children cannot be left unattended.
- A maximum of one child aged under 5 years is free of charge but must be included in the maximum capacity of 8 at the time of booking.
This escape room can accommodate a maximum of 8 participants at any one time. This must include all adults, children and infants. We cannot allow more than 8 people into the escape room under any circumstances.
This is a “pop-up” seasonal escape room which is set in the same space as our Merlin’s Magic Academy escape room. If you have played Merlin’s Magic Academy then you may recognise some spaces or props, but the puzzles and storyline are all new for Christmas 2026.
This escape room contains candy/sweets throughout. Any players with food intolerances or allergies are advised not to consume any food product unless they are certain that it is safe for them to do so. Any children with food intolerances or allergies remain the responsibility of an adult (aged over 18) at all times who must ensure that they do not consume any food product unless they are certain that it is safe to do so.
